andbreathe is a metronome that has been specifically designed for use in the Universal Breath of 6/6 (inhaling for 6 seconds and exhaling for 6 seconds) sometimes referred to as coherent breathing. The sound of the metronome is an important part of the Universal Breath as it continually stimulates the orientation response of the P300 wave in the brain, and helps to synchronise the rhythm of the brainwaves with the heart rate.

The metronome is pre-set for the Universal Breath; however, you are easily able to set and customise your own breathing patterns.
